Error from Collaboration page

If errors occur from the Collaboration page in PowerUser like: “A response of type text was expected but the response received was…” followed by some XML data, the GCF Remote Access Web Service may not have been created correctly. Specifically, the virtual directory may not have been configured as an IIS application.
